About Marci B. Rinkoff, MSOD, PCC

Curious, creative, intuitive, strategic, a coach to coaches

For the past 20 years, Marci has been developing women leaders and teams who want to make a positive impact in their organization and in their world-at-large. As an organization development specialist, she takes a comprehensive approach in helping companies advance women into leadership roles at all levels of the leadership pipeline. Her application of the Enneagram personality tool has been a proven resource for helping leaders and team members build trust – the underlying foundation for collaboration.

Marci’s career spans from managing one of the world’s largest global coaching practices at Right Management, to leading sales at the American Productivity & Quality Center to fund raising for social services around the world. Living abroad and working internationally led her to working with global teams in APAC, EMEA and LATAM.

She holds an M.S. of Organization Development with honors from Pepperdine University’s Business School of Management, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Houston. She is a member of the OD (Organization Development) Network, and holds a Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. Marci is certified in the Hogan Suite, MRG 360, Tilt 365, NLP, and Enneagram IEQ. Marci lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Mark, and their superdog Buddy. She loves creativity, nature and dogs.

About Darron Padilla, MSOD, PMP

Energetic, strategic, practical and tactical

Darron Padilla is a seasoned Organization Development Consultant with 20 years of experience helping organizations transform their leaders, culture, and teams to meet business strategies. His holistic approach aligns people, processes, tools, strategy, and culture to increase adoption, sustainability, and maximize ROI. Darron makes change initiatives “practical and tactical” for his clients, while coaching and engaging leaders throughout the process.

Darron’s career spans across multiple industries: health care, high-tech, finance, biotechnology, energy, consulting, and government. He’s worked in startups to global organizations and managed budgets of $30MM with virtual teams in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Darron holds a Masters of Organization Development with honors from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. in Spanish, with a minor in Business Marketing from California State University, East Bay. His graduate research focused on what leadership characteristics impact followership in American Millennials that influences his work with leaders today. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma through Purdue University, and a certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Darron has also lived abroad in Hong Kong and Spain, and speaks Spanish and French.

About Dr. Sheree Sekou

Passionate, courageous, motivational and strategic

Dr. Sheree Sekou Sheree is a client-focused learning and development consultant with in-depth experience in the design and delivery of leadership development, sales, service, and technical training programs. She is a dynamic
presenter with strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. With over 16 years of business experience and training expertise, she is highly skilled at training delivery, providing developmental feedback, performance coaching and driving behavioral change. She is also the author of What A Difference a Change Makes: 21 Jewels of Wisdom for Living Your Treasured Life.

She has served clients in the energy sector, financial services, petrochemical, government agencies and academic institutions. Sheree has extensive experience in managing large-scale leadership and staff development programs, as
well as complex enterprise resource systems projects.

Sheree has a doctoral degree in Organization Leadership/Digital Media and Learning from the University of San Francisco. She holds certifications in Development Dimensions International’s leadership develop programs, Emily Post’s Business Etiquette and as a Gallup Strengths Coach.

Educating women around the world levels the playing field in policy, gender equity and socio-economically. Marci donates a portion of her salary to nonprofits empowering women through education and health services. One beneficiary is She-Can Global, a nonprofit that empowers young women from post-conflict countries by giving them a U.S. education so they can become changemakers in their country of origin. 

She-Can scholars from Rwanda and Cambodia at their annual leadership retreat with Marci.
