Marci and her team have decades of experience designing and delivering experiential learning programs, allowing them to offer best practices of adult learning to you and your team which line up to overall business needs. Our approach broadens leadership models, encourages more effective introspection, and enhances skills that are applicable to future global challenges of leaders.
Programs can be designed and facilitated to accommodate in-person, virtually, and in hybrid environments.
Our Process:
Phase 1: PLANNING
The meeting facilitator will interview you (and members of your team) to clarify the objectives of your project. In this phase, we want to clarify details, prioritize needs, identify key metrics, and set expectations on steps for success.
Phase 2: PRESENT & REFINE
We will present to you an outline of the program. Upon agreement, we will gather and/or create content suited to your objectives. Your facilitator will refine the program with content suited to your objectives.
Phase 3: FACILITATION
We will facilitate your program, ensuring the environment is set up to be inclusive, engaging, and productive. Delivery is tailored to accommodate virtual, in-person, and/or hybrid environments.
Phase 4: FOLLOW UP
You and your team will receive a report that contains the results and the “output” of the meeting.
